Two years.

Talk about diversity, equity, and inclusion in the pharmaceutical industry; what should companies be doing to continue making progress?

I suggest that companies continue to make their employees of diverse backgrounds feel welcomed. I believe that they should also train others on being open to learning about people with experiences from different backgrounds.
