Talk about diversity, equity, and inclusion in the pharmaceutical industry; what should companies be doing to continue making progress?

When recruiting for clinical trials, it’s essential that the sample population accurately reflects the patients living with those disease states. Providing equitable access to medications is vital; every patient should have the same opportunity to receive the treatments they need no matter the costs. To achieve this, companies should invest in dedicated teams focused on developing solutions for patients with limited income and those in marginalized communities.
